Eligible service
Qualifying house washing of exterior siding surfaces — vinyl, HardiePlank/cement board, brick, stucco, and trim included in the wash. The 12-month period starts on the day the house wash is completed.
Remedy
If green growth (algae, mold, mildew) returns on the covered siding within 12 months, we re-treat the affected areas at no charge.
Exclusions
Does not cover roofs, driveways, decks, patios, or gutters; general dirt, dust, pollen, or ordinary re-soiling; surfaces not washed or skipped; physical or pre-existing damage; new-construction residue or efflorescence; work altered by another contractor; inaccessible or unsafe-to-reach areas; or severe external contamination (e.g., flooding, mudslides, chemical/fertilizer overspray).
Documentation & claim process
